Our client, a well-funded and fast-growing start up fintech is hiring for an Executive Assistant! Has won fastest growing firm and best place to work as they continue to work on exciting new projects.
This is a fully onsite role 5 days a week in NYC near Bryant Park!
Responsibilities:
Manage weekly inventory - office/ kitchen supplies, groceries
Scheduling - meetings, events, lunches
Handle any shipments that need to go out and go through mail that comes in
Work with the operations team on any technology inventory and software issues
Handle hotel/ flight bookings for the CEO and team of VPs
Qualifications:
1-4 years of experience in an executive assistant/ office manager role
Tech Savvy - will have to help prepare documentations, help with technology issues
Must have a bachelors degree
Positive, upbeat attitude!
