Assist the VP, Marketing in the marketing management and growth of the product portfolio around the world.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of brand development, shepherding initiatives from concept through execution
- Manage innovation calendar and product marketing strategy including product architecture and launch process
- Develop global product strategies for a 3-year innovation plan including new launches, key SKUs, and sampling
- Ensure innovation planning and core strategy meet business goals and support financial objectives
- Partner with Product Development to refine positioning and key messaging for new launches
- Prepare and submit NPD product briefs in alignment with senior leadership
- Present strategic pricing recommendations based on market analysis and COGs targets
- Collaborate with U.S. and international teams on assortments, forecasting, line edits, and pricing
- Partner on artwork proofing and routing to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Stay abreast of emerging global consumer trends and insights
- Manage the merchandising process and ensure brand consistency across all brick-and-mortar doors
- Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all in-store merchandising executions
- Review and approve all visual merchandising concepts and renderings
Qualifications & Competencies
- College degree and 4–5 years of marketing experience in the beauty industry
- Leadership capabilities to inspire and collaborate across teams
