Position Summary:
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and assisting with various HR-related tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to employee engagement and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
ADP Data Management:
- Accurately enter changes and updates in ADP (Automatic Data Processing) for employee information, including personal details, job titles, salary adjustments, and any other necessary updates.
- Maintain up-to-date records in ADP for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Employee Engagement:
- Administer the monthly employee satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and insights from employees.
- Analyze survey results and provide recommendations for improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
Employee Recognition:
- Update and maintain the ADP homepage every month, including adding birthday and anniversary announcements.
- Ensure employee milestones such as birthdays and work anniversaries are celebrated and recognized.
Clinical/Assigned Recruiting:
- Assist with recruiting efforts for clinical roles and other assigned recruiting classes.
- Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers in the recruitment process.
Onboarding New Hires:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and all relevant information is shared with new employees.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
General HR Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including maintaining employee files and assisting with compliance tasks.
- Assist with various HR-related projects and initiatives to support the overall success of the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
