Founded in 1994, the company employs approximately 421 people and operates four manufacturing facilities: Bridgeville, Pennsylvania (headquarters), North Jackson, Ohio, Dunkirk, New York, and Titusville, Pennsylvania. It is part of the Aperam corporate family.
