UA Talents operates Jobs for Humanity, a global job-matching movement founded in 2020 that connects historically underrepresented candidates with employers committed to inclusive hiring. The platform lists over 3,000 live jobs and reaches a candidate base of more than 1 million people, with thousands of jobs created to date. Employer partners include Booking and Macmillan Learning. The organisation works across employment and recruiting, human resources, diversity and inclusion, workforce development, and training and education.

Its central product is an inclusive job board, supplemented by targeted job sites serving specific communities: Jobs for Refugees, Jobs for the Blind (for blind and low vision candidates), Jobs for the Neurodivergent, and Rainbow Jobs for LGBTQIA+ talent. The groups served also include returning citizens, single parents and veterans.
