Jobs for Lebanon

Jobs for Lebanon is a citizen-led online job marketplace that connects global employers with Lebanese professionals. Launched in March 2020, it offers employers access to a registered pool of more than 38,000 candidates and supports remote and diaspora-led hiring arrangements. The platform is built on SmartRecruiters' enterprise recruitment technology and uses AI-powered matching to link employers with candidates drawn from Lebanon's talent pool.

Employers posting through the marketplace join an initiative aimed at generating employment during Lebanon's economic crisis and countering brain drain. To date, more than 8,700 job opportunities have been posted and over 1,500 successful hires recorded, with more than 50,000 professionals connected with employers. The platform reaches a Lebanese diaspora of some 16 million people worldwide and operates across Lebanon and global markets.

The initiative covers roles across remote work, recruitment and talent acquisition, employment services, human resources technology, and diaspora engagement. Its stated purpose is to support families during the crisis and contribute to rebuilding the Lebanese economy through diaspora-led hiring and collaboration with employers and diaspora communities internationally.
