Technique

Technique is a vertically-integrated prototype and low-volume production facility serving precision metal fabrication customers. Founded in 1991 and based in Jackson, Michigan, the company provides high-speed prototyping and ultra-low-volume manufacturing, built on an original aim of prioritising speed without sacrificing quality.

Its in-house capabilities cover sheet metal forming, stamping, CNC tube and wire bending, welding and assembly, sheet hydroforming, CNC machining, and finishing and coating. The operation spans more than 500,000 square feet of manufacturing space and ships more than 300,000 parts a year.

Technique works with customers in aerospace and space, defense, power generation, motorsports (including NASCAR), transportation and industrial manufacturing.

In 2024, Angeles Equity Partners acquired a majority interest in the business, partnering with founder and CEO Ronnie Johncox on investment in operational excellence and growth.
