SOTI is a software company that develops the SOTI ONE Platform, an integrated system for managing, securing and supporting business-critical endpoints. The platform covers smartphones, tablets, rugged handhelds, printers and IoT devices, and extends beyond conventional mobile device management, enterprise mobility management and unified endpoint management to include real-time remote control of any device, remote troubleshooting, secure app distribution and full device lifecycle management from unboxing to retirement.

Founded in 1995, before smartphones were widespread, the company describes itself as having established the mobile device management industry. Its engineering work spans MDM, EMM and UEM, mobility security, IoT endpoint management and remote support. The company states that the platform reduces device downtime by up to 75% and allows a single administrator to manage over 100,000 devices globally.

SOTI serves more than 17,000 customers across 170 countries. Its software is used in retail, logistics and delivery, healthcare - including hospitals and medical devices - and field service, as well as other industries running large fleets of business-critical mobile devices. The company was founded and is led by chief executive Carl Rodrigues.
