Technical work at Siloam Hospitals concentrates on digital health, healthcare IT and telemedicine. The MySiloam mobile application is the group's main digital product, designed to widen patient access to its services. The company describes innovation, operational excellence and the expansion of access to quality healthcare across Indonesia as central to its strategy.
