Saskatchewan Health Authority

Saskatchewan Health Authority, established in 2017, is the provincial healthcare authority responsible for coordinating and delivering health services across Saskatchewan. As the largest employer in the province, it employs more than 40,000 staff and physicians, serving a population of over 1.1 million residents.

The authority's operations span major cities and remote northern communities, offering healthcare professionals a range of work environments. This consolidated structure replaced 12 former Regional Health Authorities.

Its culture emphasizes a care-centered mission, collaboration, continuous improvement, and dedicated services for Indigenous communities.
