Passion for Life, Inc.

Passion for Life, Inc. is a nonprofit career coaching and youth workforce development organisation based in Metro Atlanta. It develops and implements programming for nonprofit organisations and schools, working with under-resourced middle- and high-school-aged youth to build confidence, clarity and resilience in pursuit of passion-led careers. Since its founding, the organisation has equipped more than 800 young people with career tools.

Its programmes are built around the 4-I Career Coaching Framework, a psychology-based approach that guides participants through four stages: investigating themselves and career options; immersing in transformative experiences; identifying focused career selections; and implementing actionable career plans. The framework is designed to meet youth at critical inflection points through a continuum of growth, with an emphasis on immersive experiences intended to turn career readiness into career action.

The organisation operates through partnerships with schools and nonprofit organisations rather than direct service to individuals alone. Its work sits at the intersection of youth workforce development, education and career readiness, with a stated focus on young people who are often overlooked.
