Automated subscription billing and AI-driven revenue optimisation are offered alongside the core payments stack. Paddle reports processing over $1 billion in payment volume annually and serving more than 5,000 software sellers, ranging from bootstrapped startups to enterprise software firms.

The company sells to SaaS, software and digital-product businesses worldwide, with a geographic footprint described as global. Its investors include KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion and 83North. Engineering work is concentrated in payments infrastructure, subscription billing, tax compliance, fraud protection and multi-currency checkout.
