Outsight builds enterprise-grade Spatial AI software that turns raw 3D LiDAR data into actionable intelligence. Its platform tracks and digitises the motion of people and vehicles, converting point-cloud data into operational information for airports, transport hubs, train stations, industrial facilities and road infrastructure.

The company's product line comprises two parts. Shift Perception performs real-time 3D LiDAR processing and perception, tracking the movement of people and vehicles as it happens. Shift Analytics layers business analytics on top of those real-time insights to support operational decision-making. The underlying architecture is hardware-agnostic and compatible with five major LiDAR manufacturers: Ouster, Velodyne, Robosense, Innoviz and Hesai.

Technical work spans real-time 3D processing, computer vision and object tracking, business analytics and privacy-preserving sensing. Data collection is inherently anonymous by design, since LiDAR does not capture identifying imagery. Engineering follows a plug-and-play philosophy, keeping the software decoupled from sensor hardware.

Outsight's software has been deployed for passenger-flow monitoring at Charles-de-Gaulle Airport, and its addressable applications include smart intersections, roadside and automated-driving systems, rail operations and industrial sites. The company operates from France.
