Optimum Personal Care operates an assisted living and memory care facility serving seniors in the Greater Houston area, with locations in Sugar Land, Texas, and Missouri City, Texas. The community provides residential care that allows residents to age in place, supported by a care ratio of five residents to one caregiver and a care team whose members average 15 years of experience.

The facility offers four lines of service: assisted living, with full support in activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating and toileting, and care plans ranging from standby help to two-person assistance; memory care for residents with Alzheimer's; palliative care delivered under medical oversight from nurse practitioners and hospice professionals; and short-term respite care.
