Sonida Senior Living is one of the largest owners, operators and investors in senior housing in the United States. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SNDA, the company is a member of the Russell 3000. It manages or invests in 165 communities comprising more than 16,400 units across 35 states.

The company operates a continuum of care for adults aged 55 and over, combining independent living, assisted living and memory care within its communities. The model is designed to let residents age in place as their needs change over time. Memory care is delivered through Magnolia Trails, a signature programme providing specialised support for seniors with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

Formerly known as Capital Senior Living, the business rebranded to Sonida Senior Living, a change intended to reflect its focus on quality senior housing and the experience of its communities. Work is organised around senior housing operations, assisted living services, independent living services and memory care services, with roles spanning community operations, care provision and corporate functions.
