Office of the Second Judicial District Attorney

The Office of the Second Judicial District Attorney is a government law enforcement agency responsible for criminal prosecution in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Its stated mission is to reduce crime through thoughtful enforcement of the law and to develop a fair criminal justice system, with the broader aim of improving quality of life in the county it serves.
