NannyPod

NannyPod is a technology-driven childcare platform that connects families with qualified babysitters, nannies, and infant care specialists across the United States. Founded with the mission to simplify family life, the company operates a national network and reports serving thousands of families. It is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The company's technical work centres on artificial intelligence and matching algorithms. Its core product, the NannyPod platform, uses AI to create tailored matches between families and providers, drawing on a range of industry verticals that include childcare, infant care, education and tutoring, payroll services, background screening, and training. A complementary app, FamilyPod, extends the offering to broader family management, positioning the business as a complete childcare ecosystem rather than a simple job board.

NannyPod operates a two-sided commercial model. Access is free for childcare providers, covering babysitters, nannies, and infant care nurses, while families pay a subscription with cancel-anytime terms. The company also offers training services, including CPR training and childcare training classes, as part of its service approach.
