MWDN

MWDN is a technology hiring and staffing company founded in 2002 in Kharkiv, Ukraine. It works with technology companies as a single partner across four service lines: IT staff augmentation, technical outsourcing, recruitment and headhunting, and Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements that allow firms to hire internationally without setting up local entities. The company serves startups, scale-ups and enterprises, with clients drawn chiefly from the healthcare and technology sectors.

For its staff augmentation business, MWDN draws on a network of more than 200,000 experts and delivers pre-vetted candidate profiles within 48 hours. Its recruitment arm has served more than 400 clients globally. The outsourcing practice builds on the firm's origins as a software outsourcing company working on healthcare projects; more than 200 web, mobile and healthcare products have been developed to date. In total, MWDN reports 23 or more years of industry experience and a team of approximately 160 professionals.

The company operates across more than 10 countries and the main time zones, with presence in Ukraine, Israel, the United States, Great Britain, Western Europe and Canada, and is expanding into South American talent markets to serve North American clients. It has been fully remote-first since 2022 and supports distributed teams in more than 20 countries.
