JWay Group is a technology and digital solutions company founded in 1994, when it began with research and development in supercomputing. Nearly three decades on, it combines technical delivery with a global talent network. Its recruitment arm supplies pre-vetted candidates across Sales, Tech, Operations and Finance, typically within two weeks, and offers staff augmentation drawing on a network of more than 10 million professionals.

The company's technical work spans web and mobile development, including Flutter-based mobile applications, cloud computing, Salesforce, big data, digital marketing and enterprise application development.
