Lux 4 Biz is a family of Southern Vermont businesses grown from a single painting company founded in 1997. Operating from Manchester Center, Vermont, its flagship brand, Luxbrush Painting Company, is a home improvement and painting contractor serving residential and commercial clients across the region. Its work covers interior and exterior painting, wallpaper removal and installation, cabinet painting and refinishing, colour consultation, drywall repair, carpentry, concrete staining and epoxy finishes, power washing, gutter cleaning and snow removal.

The group also includes Black Magic Chimney Sweeps, a chimney sweeping business, and Big Butterfly Promos, a promotional products business. Luxbrush Painting has served over 300 homeowners and has been named Best Painting Company in the Readers' Choice Awards for four consecutive years by the Bennington Banner and Manchester Journal.

Projects are guided by two internal frameworks: the Luxperience system, a proprietary approach combining technical expertise with care for the client's home, and the Care and Craft Standard, which sets the expectations applied to every job.
