Loews Hotels & Co

Loews Hotels & Co is an independently owned luxury hotel and resort company, founded in 1960 in New York City with a single property. It now operates 26 distinctive destinations across the United States and Canada, spanning city hotels and resorts, among them the Loews Regency New York and the Loews Coronado Bay Resort. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Loews Corporation.

Its operating model is built around what it calls the "Welcoming You Like Family" principle, in place since the company's founding. Guest-facing work centres on personalised luxury service, food and beverage and room service operations, and destination-based programming. The Local by Loews Hotels programme, for instance, connects guests with local breweries, restaurants and artisans in each destination, and pet-friendly policies extend to dedicated room service menus for dogs.
