Join Kognitiv Academy as an independent educator delivering practical, engaging in-person learning experiences. We welcome industry practitioners, trainers, coaches and teachers who can turn expertise into real learner outcomes. Engagements depend on course approval and confirmed delivery schedules.

What you will contribute

• Propose or deliver engaging workshops, courses, intensives or journeys within your expertise.

• Create practical session plans, exercises, case studies and appropriate assessments.

• Deliver engaging, punctual and inclusive face-to-face sessions at approved academy locations.

• Provide clear learning outcomes and share teaching materials by agreed deadlines.

• Support attendance recording, learner feedback and reasonable follow-up activities.

• Coordinate closely with the Faculty Success and Learning Content teams on quality standards.

Who we are looking for

• Credible professional expertise and strong presentation or facilitation skills.

• Ability to make complex subjects actionable through examples, practice and discussion.

• Reliable preparation and commitment to learner experience.

• Teaching certifications are welcomed but not always required where practical expertise is strong.

Engagement and compensation

• This is not a salaried employee position; teaching assignments are offered subject to demand and programme approval.

• Each assignment will specify teaching fees or an agreed commercial arrangement, dates, deliverables and cancellation terms in writing.

• Independent status, tax, work authorisation and any required permits depend on the location and applicable law.

• Faculty retain responsibility for declaring conflicts and complying with applicable intellectual-property and confidentiality terms.

Selection process

• Submit your subject areas, short biography, professional credentials and sample course proposal.

• Complete an introductory conversation and, where relevant, a short teaching demonstration.

• Agree syllabus, quality standards and assignment terms before a course is scheduled.

Success measures

• Learner satisfaction, session attendance and completion outcomes.

• Teaching quality, preparation and on-time delivery.

• Repeat learner demand and successful collaboration with the academy.
