KGI Financial Holding Co., Ltd. is a financial holding corporation headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan. Founded in 2001, it provides life insurance, banking, securities brokerage, wealth management, venture capital and private equity services across Asia. The group was officially renamed from China Development Financial to KGI Financial on October 9, 2024.

The group comprises four major operating subsidiaries - KGI Life (formerly China Life), KGI Bank, KGI Securities and CDIB Capital Group - alongside KGI SITE. KGI Life covers life insurance, KGI Bank provides banking services, KGI Securities operates securities brokerage, and CDIB Capital Group handles venture capital and private equity. The company reports net profit achievements exceeding previous records.
