The company's technical work spans artificial intelligence, natural language processing, speech and meeting capture, automated documentation, compliance automation and workflow orchestration. Jump maintains a human-in-the-loop AI architecture, with configurable supervision and record-keeping settings so that each firm can align the system with its own policies. Client data is never used to train Jump's models, and the platform runs on SOC 2-certified infrastructure.

Jump reports adoption by more than 35,000 advisors, who save upward of ten hours per week. The company cites a 2.1x increase in growth opportunities and a 42% reduction in outstanding client service tasks, alongside more than 40 deep integrations with CRM systems, financial planning tools and communication platforms. Its customers include registered investment advisory and broker-dealer firms across financial services and wealth management.
