Greens Group is a privately held real estate development and hotel company headquartered in Irvine, California. It develops, builds and operates properties across four core asset classes: hospitality, commercial, fuel and quick-service retail, and multifamily housing. The firm has been in real estate for over 30 years and works through a vertically integrated structure, with distinct units covering each stage of a project's life.

Four operating businesses make up the group. Greens Development handles land acquisition and entitlement. GP Builders provides general contracting and project procurement. Greens Hotels is the hospitality operations arm. Greens Distribution supplies electrical, HVAC, appliances and bathroom products for hospitality, multifamily and commercial projects. Together these span real estate development, construction management, hospitality operations, investment and asset management, and building products distribution.
