EWOR

EWOR is a founder fellowship established in 2020 and headquartered in Berlin, operating as a borderless, virtual-first ecosystem across Europe and globally. Its stated aim is to back outlier entrepreneurs building transformative technology companies, with particular focus on artificial intelligence, HealthTech, clean energy and fintech. The fellowship reports an acceptance rate of 0.1% and counts MIT nuclear scientists and Oxford PhDs among its fellows.

The Founder Fellowship provides pre-seed capital of up to €500,000 per fellow, alongside €300,000 in cloud credits drawn from more than 16 partner companies. Its Mentorship & Sparring Program pairs fellows with full-time unicorn founders for weekly one-to-one sessions and direct sparring; mentors come from companies including SumUp (€8B), Adjust (€1B exit) and ProGlove (€500M exit).

Reported outcomes for the portfolio include €13M in pre-seed funding secured by fellows and aggregate fellow valuations of $3B within two years of joining, with fellows raising some of Europe's largest pre-seed rounds by first-time founders. The organisation maintains a community following of more than 72,000.
