Envision Radiology, founded in 2000, is the management and holding company behind a family of outpatient diagnostic imaging brands. It supplies centralized strategy, capital, technology and clinical leadership to locally operated imaging centers, while leaving each brand a degree of autonomy in its own market. Its portfolio includes Envision Imaging, Health Images and Colorado Springs Imaging, operating in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Utah and Colorado.

The company reports more than 60 imaging centers and over 1.2 million scans performed a year, serving upwards of 500 referring physicians. It describes itself as a top-five leader in outpatient imaging in the United States. Clinical work spans MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound and mammography.

Since 2017 Envision Radiology has been 100% employee-owned.
