Destro AI builds the shared intelligence layer and coordination platform that connects robots, people and enterprise systems into a single operational platform for autonomous warehouse and factory operations. Rather than manufacturing robotic hardware, the company takes a software- and AI-first approach, focusing on decision-making and coordination across machines and human workers in the warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and third-party logistics (3PL) sectors.

Its principal product, MothershipOS, is an agentic AI engine that coordinates every robot and human on the warehouse floor in real time, optimising entire workflows rather than individual tasks. The platform is robot-agnostic, connecting autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), robotic arms, forklifts and human workers from any vendor into one system, with control extending to the individual actuator level. The technical work spans agentic AI, multi-robot coordination, robotics orchestration, real-time workflow optimisation and actuator-level robot control.

Production systems are already deployed with enterprise operators, among them Yusen Logistics. The company has closed a seed round at one of the highest valuations for a robotics company at that stage, backed by investors who have previously funded Brex, Figma, Notion and Instacart. Destro AI was founded by former leaders from HAI Robotics, Dexterity and Matic.
