Covenant Living

Covenant Living Communities and Services operates continuing care retirement communities in 11 states across the United States and employs over 600 people. It is one of the nation's largest not-for-profit retirement living organisations and is a ministry of the Evangelical Covenant Church. Its stated mission is to help residents pursue wellness of mind, body and spirit, in personalised ways, within Christian community.

The organisation runs 20 continuing care retirement communities that together provide a full continuum of care. Services span independent living (residential living), assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care and rehabilitation. Residents may choose entrance fee options, including refundable arrangements, that cover care for life. A Benevolent Care Fund supports community members who have been good financial stewards but have outlived their resources.

Work at Covenant Living sits across senior living, healthcare and skilled nursing, and faith-based nonprofit ministry. The organisation describes its aim as building communities of love, support and personalised care, and as creating joy and peace of mind for residents, employees and their families.
