Contour Software, founded in 2010, is the dedicated offshore staff augmentation and global capability center for Constellation Software Inc. (CSI), a parent group with annual revenue of more than $10bn, over 60,000 employees and a track record of more than 1,400 acquisitions. From offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, and with a presence in Toronto, the company supplies talent to CSI's portfolio of vertical market software businesses, covering eight time zones and six continents.

The firm's core offering is dedicated offshore resources integrated into CSI divisions across research and development, IT, customer support, professional services, finance and accounting, sales and marketing, and general and administrative functions. It currently supports more than 200 CSI divisions and corporate departments, adapting to each unit's own processes, tools, technologies and methodologies - an approach the company describes as adjusting to the "contours" of the business it serves. Contour Software has also pursued growth through the acquisition of regional vertical market software companies.

Headcount has grown from a small team in Karachi to more than 2,100 professionals.
