Carrot Fertility
Carrot Fertility is a global fertility and family-care platform providing clinically-guided care and benefits products to employers, health plans and health systems in 170+ countries.
Carrot Fertility is a global fertility and family-care platform founded in 2016. The company makes fertility care accessible through employers, health plans, and health systems, offering clinically-guided care across all paths to parenthood. Its services reach more than 1,000 multinational employers, health plans, and health systems, supporting millions of members in over 170 countries and more than 25 languages.
The platform combines care navigation with benefit administration products. Carrot Rx delivers fertility medications as part of the pharmacy benefit; the Carrot Card enables members to pay for fertility and family-care expenses directly; and Sprints is a program within the platform that delivers care and support, contributing to improved outcomes and reduced healthcare costs. Technical work spans digital health platforms, healthcare benefits administration, clinically-guided care navigation and global benefits delivery.
The team is fully distributed, with staff across more than 40 U.S. states and dozens of countries. Carrot was founded by CEO Tammy Sun, following her own experience navigating fertility challenges, and co-founded with physician Dr. Asima Ahmad, whose clinical background sits in the founding team. The company states a commitment to inclusivity in care regardless of age, race, income, sexual orientation, gender or geography.
