CarePartners is one of Ontario's largest accredited home health care providers, employing more than 4,500 staff across 24 locations and 24 nursing clinics in the province. Founded in 1984 in Huron County by a small group of visiting nurses, the organisation serves approximately 72,000 patients a year. It is accredited with Exemplary Standing from Accreditation Canada.

The company delivers three main lines of service: nursing services, personal support services, and therapy and rehabilitation support. Care is provided in patients' homes as well as in schools, clinics, workplaces and retirement homes, with the aim of supporting health, wellness and independence.
