Bayshore HealthCare is a Canadian-owned provider of home and community health care services. Founded in 1966, the company employs more than 18,000 staff and serves more than 450,000 clients a year, delivering customized care plans that enable individuals to remain in their own homes. Its operations span every province in Canada.

The business is organised into four divisions. Bayshore Home Health delivers personal care, medical nursing and related home health services; Bayshore Home Care Solutions provides home care and community care; Bayshore Specialty Rx covers specialty pharmacy and infusion services; and Bayshore Medical Personnel supplies medical personnel and staffing-related health care services. The infrastructure behind these divisions comprises more than 80 home care offices, over 100 community care clinics and 11 pharmacies.

Work is carried out across a range of areas, among them home and community health care, pharmacy, infusion services, therapy and rehabilitation, government-funded health programmes and medical staffing. The company states an emphasis on the quality of life, dignity and independence of its clients.
