Attention To Dental

Attention To Dental is a dental staffing and recruitment agency based in Melbourne, Australia, founded in 2021. The company connects dental practices with qualified dental professionals, including dental assistants, hygienists, therapists and dentists, and states that it is expanding its operations nationwide.

The agency provides two core services: temporary staffing for immediate cover needs at dental practices, and permanent recruitment for practices seeking to build longer-term teams. It reports working with more than 200 dental practices across Australia and supporting more than 50 qualified dental professionals.

Attention To Dental was founded by Nadine Mellor, a dental professional who has worked in the roles the agency places, with more than 35 years of dental industry experience. The company describes itself as the only dental staffing business in Australia founded by a dental professional. It was established during a period of acute difficulty for the dental industry, with the stated aim of providing staffing solutions that reflect an understanding of the demands dental practices face.

The company emphasises personalised service tailored to each practice's individual requirements, and positions its industry experience as the basis for reliable placements and streamlined recruitment processes. Further information is available at attentiontodental.com.au.
