Northwell FlexStaff Inc.

Northwell FlexStaff Inc. is an internal staffing agency for Northwell Health, founded in 2014. It connects job seekers with employers through flexible talent solutions, working across healthcare and a range of other industries. Recruiters are based in Long Island, New York City and Westchester, with national reach.

The company offers three placement models: temporary staffing for flexible employment across industries and roles; temporary-to-hire staffing, which can convert to permanent, full-time positions with clients; and direct hire staffing into permanent, full-time roles. Sector coverage spans healthcare, customer service and call centre work, engineering, finance and accounting, human resources, information technology, office support, and supply chain and logistics.

FlexStaff describes its approach as combining the nimbleness of a start-up with the staffing expertise and resources of an established healthcare leader. It tailors hiring solutions to each client's goals, needs and preferences, and states that it maintains full compliance with regulations and certification requirements while fostering a safe and inclusive work environment.
