Artisanal Brewing Ventures

Artisanal Brewing Ventures (ABV) is a craft alcohol beverage holding company founded in 2014. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, it acquires and partners with craft beer, cider, and spirits brands, pooling business resources and expertise across the group while leaving each brand to run its own operations and maintain its own character. The company ranks among the top ten regional craft companies in the United States and holds a leadership position in six of the country's top 50 craft beer markets.

ABV's portfolio comprises four brands: Southern Tier, a craft brewery in the Lakewood, New York area; Victory, with operations in metro Philadelphia and Pittsburgh; Sixpoint, based in Brooklyn; and Bold Rock, a craft cider producer operating in Asheville, Mills River and Nellysford. The group runs 15 taproom locations across markets including Lakewood, Buffalo, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, metro Philadelphia, Brooklyn and Charlotte, offering food menus designed to complement the products.

Technical work spans craft brewing, cider and spirits production, beverage portfolio management and multi-site taproom operations.
