Apricot International is a non-profit sourcing firm and Employer of Record that connects mission-driven companies with full-time remote talent from underserved communities across the MENA region. Through its EOR service, it enables startups and founders to hire full-time remote candidates from the region without establishing a local entity. Placements are made with companies worldwide.

The organisation sources and places Palestinian, Yemeni, and Lebanese professionals who face barriers to employment, drawing on talent from displaced and underserved communities. It reports an investment of $1 million in Palestinian excellence. Geographic presence covers Palestine, Yemen and Lebanon, with remote placements made globally.

Candidates receive end-to-end support, including interview training, onboarding, communication coaching and ongoing mentorship, with the stated aim of securing successful placements and long-term retention. Many members of the apricot team come from displaced communities themselves.
