Achievement Network

Achievement Network is a nonprofit founded in 2005 that partners with school and system leaders, using assessments, coaching, and tools to strengthen teaching and learning across more than 800 schools.

Achievement Network (ANet) is a nonprofit founded in 2005 by a group of school leaders. The organisation partners with school and system leaders to strengthen teaching and learning through the strategic use of assessments, coaching, and tools. Its stated purpose is to ensure equitable opportunity for all students, and its work is designed to produce sustainable instructional change rather than short-term gains.

ANet's offering spans four areas: interim assessments used to build alignment across the instructional core; instructional leadership coaching for school and system leaders; academic strategy advising for education leaders; and tools supporting the strategic use of assessments, coaching, and curriculum alignment. The approach operates across multiple layers of an education system, with an emphasis on alignment between assessments, curriculum, and professional learning.

The organisation works with more than 800 partner schools and 100 systems and districts across 32 states and territories of the United States. It was founded in Boston, Massachusetts, and remains active in education work serving K-12 schools, districts, and system leadership.
