What You’ll Do
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise-class technical solutions.
- Drive initiatives in database migration and cloud migration, ensuring stability, security, and minimal disruption.
- Define and track project objectives, timelines, and milestones, ensuring business value delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, and support teams to align technical capabilities with project goals.
- Facilitate communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership through reports and status updates.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively mitigating challenges to maintain progress.
- Coach teams on Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) while blending with traditional PM approaches where needed.
- Support the adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, and testing practices to improve delivery quality and speed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale Agile programs, leading multiple teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in database migration and cloud migration projects (preferred).
- Experience managing technical teams building enterprise-class software.
- Expert in Jira for backlog management, reporting, and roadmap creation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
- Proven ability to coach teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
- Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice To Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AWS preferably.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification; advanced Agile or SAFe certifications preferred.

- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.

- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
