Job Description
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Must have strong leadership, technical understanding, and change management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams on high-visibility projects.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
- Apply ADKAR (Prosci) change management practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Oversee integrated schedules, risk plans, and release planning.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years project management experience.
- Experience with ADKAR (Prosci) Framework.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and IT infrastructure.
- Proven success with vendor-supported technical projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
