Job Description
The position is contingent on contract award.
This project will provide clerical office support for Air Force Accession Center (AFAC) operations. These services will be remotely supporting 65 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) across the continental United States.
The Project Manager will run the program that determines whether recruitment applicants meet the medical standards established by Congress and the Military Services at one of the USMEPCOM geographically dispersed facilities.
The role is responsible for management, performance and operation of the mission and will fully represent International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. on all matters relating to the components, circumstances and expectations of the services and the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement healthcare programmes that address patient needs, improved care delivery, and support facility goals.
- Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for programmes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and compliance with financial policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrators, and external partners to ensure successful programme execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Track and evaluate programme performance using key metrics, and implement improvements based on data analysis and feedback.
- Ensure programmes adhere to regulatory requirements and healthcare standards, maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with programme implementation and operation.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on program progress, outcomes, and financial status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and support program staff, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency through innovative solution and best practices.
- Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in program management or equivalent healthcare experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading a large team.
- Skill in developing new procedures and approaches to identify and resolve significant issues and problems.
- Ability to prepare and conduct management briefings to communicate recommendations to supervisory authority.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Should be detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
Education Required:
- Master's Degree in a relevant healthcare field of study.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending/stooping, kneeling, twisting.
- Visual acuity. Minimal hearing loss.
- Push/pull/carry minimum 15 lbs.
Other Special Qualifications:
- Must have a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) at the time the services are performed and must maintain the level of security required for the life of the contract.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
