We are seeking a creative and driven Video Content Producer to join our dynamic marketing team. That's right, you'll be marketing the marketers! In this role, you will be responsible for producing, editing, and optimizing video content for our websites and all our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Your work will showcase our company, clients, awards, recognition, events, and employees, helping to tell the Rankings.io story in engaging and innovative ways.
You will play a key role in shaping our social media presence, actively analyzing performance to identify what resonates with our audience and continuously improving our content strategy for maximum engagement.
Responsibilities
- Produce and edit high-quality video content for all Rankings' marketing channels, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and visual identity
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight company achievements, client success stories, awards, events, and employee spotlights
- Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends, measure engagement, and recommend improvements to increase reach and impact
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant
- Manage all aspects of post-production, including editing, sound, graphics, and optimization for each platform
- Proactively seek new opportunities to showcase Rankings.io and our clients through creative video storytelling
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in video creation and editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work
- Expertise in post-production, including editing, sound design, motion graphics, and platform-specific optimization
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and what drives engagement on each
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual content
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
