How You’ll Make an Impact
- Organize, maintain, and repair ITC and client-owned inventory
- Manage check-in/check-out, load-in/load-out, ensuring all gear meets operational and visual standards
- Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs
- Keep the warehouse running smoothly under the direction of the Warehouse Manager
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
- Drive company vehicles as needed to support project delivery
- Contribute ideas to help refine and improve internal systems and processes
- Communicate clearly about task timelines, escalating issues when needed
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean driving record with ability to obtain a Missouri Class B license
- Laser-focused attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and a drive to learn inventory systems
- Experience with Flex Rental Solutions or Exhibit Force is a plus
- Clear, confident communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Grace under pressure and a problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to work nonstandard hours when needed
- A collaborative spirit—someone who builds up teammates and shares the win
- Applicants local to the St. Louis area preferred
