About The Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Support department as a Data Entry Clerk. Whether you prefer working remotely or in an office environment, this full-time hourly position offers flexibility while allowing you to contribute to the success of our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy and ensuring seamless operations within our department.

What You'll Do

Input and update customer information into databases with precision and efficiency.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all entered data by double-checking information before submission.
Maintain organization and accessibility of digital and physical records.
Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve discrepancies or incomplete records.
Assist in generating necessary reports and documentation to support the team as needed.
Handle data retrieval requests promptly and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
Follow departmental procedures and meet data entry deadlines consistently.

Qualifications

Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup or collaboratively in an office environment.
Basic proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
A strong understanding of confidentiality principles when handling sensitive information.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

27 - 29 USD per hour(Remote (St. Louis, Missouri, US))
