As the
Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting daily operations across the Plumbing Division. This position ensures efficient procurement, inventory control, equipment maintenance, tool tracking, and communication support, while delivering excellent service to field professionals and internal departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing & Order Management
- Place on-demand and scheduled orders, including time-sensitive needs such as same-day runner requests
- Fulfill daily consumable sheet requests, ensuring all items are delivered same-day (or early next day if after 4 PM)
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding, partially received, or pending purchase orders in Service Titan
- Itemize and line out as many purchase orders as possible for better tracking and clarity
- Proactively contact vendors to obtain missing part numbers and relay them to the Operations Manager for Service Titan updates
- Daily review and ordering of Hoffmann consumable inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
Warehouse & Equipment Oversight
- Oversee the check-in/check-out process for all warehouse tools and equipment using the BitRip system
- Verify the condition and completeness of all tools returned and maintain tool accountability
- Conduct a weekly review of missing or checked-out tools (every Friday)
- Assist with electronic receiving of goods and materials
- Assist with temporary heating and cooling equipment sign-outs
- Serve as point of contact for trash service coordination
- Build and maintain a weeklyequipment maintenance and operation checklist (e.g., forklift, scissor lift)
Communication & Support
- Answer incoming calls as the first point of contact, maintaining the highest answered call percentage
- Encourage and help the team keep missed call percentage below 10%
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to counter requests and supporting Field Pros over the phone
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining the warehouse email inbox
- Support the dispatch and coordination of warehouse runners
