Position Summary
- Develop and implement strategies for the recruitment of outstanding talents in order to contribute to the business performance.
- 2. Set recruitment policies, standards and processes and hire and appoint outstanding talents who meet those standards to the required business organization, thereby reinforce the human resource competitiveness.
Role And Responsibilities
- Working with the assigned business leaders to source, recruit and fill positions within the specified time frame (target of 60 days).
- Manage assigned requisitions within Workday to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Participate in TA special projects as assigned to help move improve the function ongoingly.
Skills And Qualifications
- 3+ years experience working as a technical recruiter.
- Bachelors degree in business or technical field.
- Proven experience working in cross functional teams.
The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $156,950. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
