We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the Services Digital Marketing team, working across multiple high-impact consumer services — from music and app marketplaces to payments, cloud storage, and more.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain optimization models, forecasting algorithms, machine learning models, and large language models to improve campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize products.
- Translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights for both marketing and product teams.
- Create performance benchmarks across digital marketing channels, evaluating internal and competitor performance.
- Develop and maintain content taxonomies for attribution analysis.
- Build, maintain, and automate analytics dashboards.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong foundation in statistics.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for large dataset manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision trees, neural networks, regression, classification).
- Proven experience building custom data models and algorithms.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing data (social, SEO, paid media, etc.).
- Skilled in data visualization with BI tools and programming (Tableau, Python).
- Ability to communicate analytical findings to both technical and creative audiences.
- +5 years of experience working with data sets and statistical models to generate insights.
Nice to have:
- Experience with engineering pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Mandarin proficiency.
