We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the Services Digital Marketing team, working across multiple high-impact consumer services — from music and app marketplaces to payments, cloud storage, and more.

What you’ll do:

Build and maintain optimization models, forecasting algorithms, machine learning models, and large language models to improve campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize products.
Translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights for both marketing and product teams.
Create performance benchmarks across digital marketing channels, evaluating internal and competitor performance.
Develop and maintain content taxonomies for attribution analysis.
Build, maintain, and automate analytics dashboards.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

What we’re looking for:

Strong foundation in statistics.
Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for large dataset manipulation.
Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision trees, neural networks, regression, classification).
Proven experience building custom data models and algorithms.
Deep understanding of digital marketing data (social, SEO, paid media, etc.).
Skilled in data visualization with BI tools and programming (Tableau, Python).
Ability to communicate analytical findings to both technical and creative audiences.
+5 years of experience working with data sets and statistical models to generate insights.

Nice to have:

Experience with engineering pipelines.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
Mandarin proficiency.
