We are working with a leading alternative asset manager who are seeking a HR Generalist to join its lean and high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience and supporting the full spectrum of HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of regular employee performance evaluation cycles
- Support hiring efforts and work closely with internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with day-to-day benefits administration
- Effectively manage and update data within the applicant tracking system to ensure smooth and organized hiring workflows
- Identify and recommend improvements to optimize existing HR policies, systems, and procedures
- Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives as part of a broader team effort
Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in an HR Generalist role
- Prior experience within a financial services organization is preferred
