About The Role
A fast-growing logistics and distribution company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with hands-on experience in B2C fulfillment operations. Based in Carson, CA, this role will lead daily warehouse activities focused on order accuracy, productivity, and efficiency—particularly in the cosmetics, skincare, and beauty product space. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory flow and team performance in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of B2C order fulfillment, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise inbound and outbound operations and manage warehouse team members (including temps).
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Assign daily responsibilities and coach warehouse staff to meet performance and safety goals.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and productivity.
- Track key warehouse KPIs, generate reports, and identify operational improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock replenishment and forecasting.
- Ensure skincare, cosmetics, and sensitive liquid products are stored and packaged properly.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
- Support continuous improvement projects and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience, specifically in B2C or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Deep understanding of last-mile delivery, order picking, packing, and shipment procedures.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory best practices.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel); ability to create and interpret reports.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of beauty, cosmetics, or skincare product handling is a strong advantage.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

- Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (based on qualifications)
